DELIVERIES
As from 1st May 2009 all deliveries to the Greater Sydney area are FREE for account customers. Please ask us for a Greater Sydney map.
The customer is responsible for any delivery outside of this areas or we can arrange transport on your behalf and on-charge the cost.
Our driver will deliver the goods to ground level only.
It is your responsibility to advise us prior to delivery if the goods are required on higher than ground floor level and the availability of a goods lift.
If it is required to place the goods on a higher floor a separate charge may be incurred.
INSTALLATION CHARGE - Tambour Door Cabinets & Bookcases
670mm high to 1300mm high = $35.00 per cabinet
1675mm & 1980mm high = $50.00 per cabinet
This includes delivery, levelling of cabinet, installation of the adjustable shelves and any accessories, final clean & inspection.
PACKING
A packing charge will apply for goods transported intra or interstate where removalists are not used.
PALLET CHARGE
A $40.00 + GST pallet charge will apply where applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our trading terms are strictly COD.
Account customers terms are 30 days from month end.
ROMAPLA CLAUSE
Goods shall remain the property of Davell Products Pty Limited (ABN 30 278 820 595) until the price has been discharged in full.
A cheque given by the purchaser in payment shall not be treated as a discharge until the same has been cleared.
RETURNS
A 25% restocking fee will be applicable if goods are ordered incorrectly or a customer decides the ordered goods are not what they require.
WARRANTY
Please refer to our warranty details on our website homepage.
SERVICE CALLS
Service calls will be charged at an hourly rate of $45.00.
POWDER COAT FINISH
All our products are finished in scuff and scratch resistant thermoset powder coat.

Please Note: Made to order colours will incur a surcharge, POA.
LOCKERS
When ordering lockers the word 'tier' refers to the number of doors in a locker unit.
i.e. 4 tier means 4 door locker
'Bank' means the number of lockers joined together. We can only join up to 2 lockers.
As a precaution we recommend you state the number of doors required.
I.e. A bank of 2, 4 tier lockers = 8 doors in total.
MOBILE SHELVING - SPACESAVERS
Spacesavers are quoted on a 'case by case' basis.
Due to the many and differing variations of a Spacesaver, it became necessary for us to create a Mobile Shelving Quotation Form.
This form enables us to quote exactly your needs i.e. length, width, height, shelf levels, aisle width, etc.

LOCKING OPTIONS
We have a variety of different locking options to suit various requirements.
Some of those are standard key lock, provision for padlock, keyless digital and coin operated locks.
Photos of all the different types of locking options are available throughout the product range.
